Within five years, the real estate industry in Northeast Ohio is expecting an increase in rent and housing. In response to the demand in agritourism and short term rentals as a result of remote work and the digital nomad lifestyle, Loiter Sanctuary Homes will provide income opportunities for current East Cleveland homeowners. These opportunities will secure their place in the economic turnaround of the three square mile city, through short term rentals and urban agritourism stays.
We are proud to announce our partnership with WheelPad, a dynamic housing solution that provides choice for those with mobility challenges. Loiter Sanctuary Homes and Wheelpad will work with your family to design the perfect solution for caring for your loved ones in the comfort of your own home. There is now another choice besides a nursing home. Some of the manufacturing elements of WheelPad will be happening in East Cleveland which will serve the elderly population as well as feed into our community owned supply chain. This allows us to strengthen and build up our city from both an economic and a community standpoint.
Loiter will work with Environmental Health Watch (EWH) to provide deep green retrofits to homeowners with other standard or upgraded amenities to choose from. The Sanctuary Homes are situated on beautifully maintained working urban farms, and visitors will also be encouraged to take part in supporting the emerging cottage industry by learning through beekeeping and farmer workshops.
